Do you Travel?
Yes. I love to travel. I do have limited destination wedding spots for the year so be sure to book in advance to secure a spot.
How long have you been doing this?
Ive been in the wedding industry since 2012 and Ive been shooting full time since 2014
How many weddings have you photographed?
Well over 200
How many photos do we get?
Quality is much more important than quantity for me, so if you are after 1000's of images for the best bang for your buck then I'm probably not the photographer for you. I do not limit images to a set number but rather choose the best of the best and deliver those. An average for a 8 hour wedding with 2 photographers would be +- 350 images.
How do we get our photos?
All images are delivered via an online gallery. From here you can download the high resolution images as well as web res versions. Custom usb flash drives can also be purchased at an Addtional cost.
Do you retouch photos?
Image retouching ( using photoshop to alter more than the colour or crop of the image)
I do yes, this is charged at an additional rate per image.
Whats your turn around time?
For weddings I work on an 10- 12 week turn around in summer season.
If you require the images immediately, we do have an express edit add on package for you.
How do we book you?
To secure your date I'll need a 50 retainer fee/deposit as well as a signed contract. I aways encourage a phone call/zoom before booking as well to make sure that we're on the same page and a good fit :)
What if it rains on my wedding day?
We get creative with some indoor shots. I also have a clear umbrella I bring with for those brave enough to go outside.
If you were hoping for golden sky's we can always book a hoot for after the wedding whn the weather plays along.
Can you help us with planning?
I can help with basic photo timeline planning, but beyond that I have some great wedding planners I can recommend.
How far out do you book?
I take wedding bookings up to 18 months in advance.
Is the retainer/deposit refundable?
Unfortunately not. When I book a wedding date, I turn away others for that same date. All of this info is clearly outlines in my contract which needs to be read and signed before booking.
Can I have the RAW/unedited images?
Nope sorry. We give a selection of the best images from the day and carefully edit each one. Giving over Raw images doesn’t properly display our work and can negatively affect our brand if edited or displayed differently. If you wish to have more images from your day(more than an additional 10) additional editing fees will apply.
